ACCEPTANCE OF THE ANTI-DOPING REGULATION
All AINBB registered athletes at the time of registration fully accept the regulations, therefore also all the rules related to the execution of the anti-doping test ordered by the authorities in charge. The athlete is therefore available to carry out the test at any time of the year requested (even without notice) and during events. Furthermore, the people in charge of the sampling, the sampling methods and the laboratory and/or affiliated structure for the analysis of the samples are automatically accepted, without prejudice to the possibility, during the counter analysis, that the athlete can turn to another structure recognized by the AINBB. In order to avoid problems relating to the registration of athletes for the AINBB competitions a few days before the competition, thus avoiding the possibility of being subjected to surprise checks during the year, it is established that registrations take place at least 60 days before the event, to discourage late registration, the price will increase closer to the competitions and it is up to the management to accept or not accept registration applications received late. For athletes who were already registered with AINBB, in order to give maximum transparency and credibility to the method of surprise tests, it was decided that once registered the possibility of being subjected to tests remains valid even in the absence of registration for the year in progress. This availability is revoked only with written communication to the secretariat. The declaration exempts you from the obligation to be available for anti-doping tests but removes the possibility of re-registering with the AINBB for 7 years from the date of renunciation.
