SANCTIONS TOWARDS THE ATHLETE
The results of the test, in case of positivity, will be communicated to the athlete via email and registered post. Both addresses, both of the private residence and of the gym of reference, are valid for the ratification of the disqualification notice. If the registered letter is not collected and the athlete cannot be reached in any of the contact details left at the time of the test or registration, the disqualification will still be considered effective within 30 days. from sending the registered letter. From the moment of receipt of the communication, the athlete has 15 days to request the counter analysis on the second test tube by paying the entire amount relating to the execution of the second test. If the second analysis is also positive, the athlete is definitively declared positive; in the event of a negative result, the athlete will have all his rights reinstated and the amount relating to the second analysis will be reimbursed. The Athlete who tests positive for anti-doping (both at the test and at the counter-test) will first be suspended as a preventive measure from any activity connected to the events until the verdict is made official, once the verdict has been made official (lapse of time or due to positivity on the 2nd ° champion) is excluded from every competition, from every role during AINBB events. and from the official rankings of the race in which the test was carried out and from all competitions of the current season. The disqualification is to be considered for life unless otherwise decided by the disciplinary committee which will evaluate the extent and type of the infringement. Athletes found positive in national selections or in competitions held abroad paid for by the AINBB will have to reimburse any expenses the federation has incurred for the international trip. Furthermore, all athletes found positive in any AINBB competition will face a sanction where they will have to compensate the federation with a sum determined by the management committee which for the 2023 competitive year is sanctioned at 6,000.00 (five thousand/00) Euros. The terms of these compensations will be reported at the bottom of a document that all athletes will sign or at the time of the Test. Any further provisions that go beyond the federal ones will refer to the laws in force and will be implemented by the competent authorities. If the positive Athlete is the owner of the Gym/Team/Trainer, the entire team will be excluded from AINBB competitions. The Athlete who refuses to undergo the test or shows up after the maximum time established for the blood test is automatically disqualified without the need for any counter-proof, and will have to pay compensation to the AINBB of €1,000.00 (one thousand/00), and will be excluded from each competition and from the official rankings of the race in which the test was carried out and from all competitions of the current season.
