NATURAL BODYBUILDING DAL 1988
Today, the AINBB is the true benchmark for natural bodybuilders. In fact, since 1988, it has been established with a set of rules aimed at promoting proper and natural physical culture through checks on its members, both randomly throughout the year and during competitions.
A committee of technical managers will address specific issues related to competitive sports. Various changes are needed, the most significant of which involve expanding doping controls.
