RULES OF CONDUCT
Given the recent provisions regarding fair play, we take this opportunity to update the rules of good conduct that accompany the social life of AINBB.
With the advent of new communication technologies (e.g., social networks), a clarification is necessary because these tools remain a great opportunity. However, like all things, they have their dark side, given the lack of filters on the part of those who use them. They often become loaded guns in the hands of human emotions. This clarification was necessary to explain the rules we are about to examine now.
FREE EXPRESSION IS A GOOD THING WHEN IT DOES NOT INFRINGE THE DIGNITY OF OTHERS. THE COMMENTS THAT ARE OFTEN SEEN AFTER COMPETITIONS ARE THE ORDER OF THE DAY, GIVEN THE NATURE OF OUR DISCIPLINE, WHICH LENDS ITSELF TO EVALUATION BY A JURY. PERSONAL COMMENTS ON A RESULT BECOME A SANCTIONING SUBJECT WHEN THEY DO NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE SENSITIVITY OF OTHERS. THEREFORE IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO VERBALLY OFFEND TO DENIGRATE A PERSON AND THEIR WORK.
EXAMPLE... DIRECT PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPARISON COMMENTING ON THE CONDITION OF OTHERS AS INSUFFICIENT AND UNSUITABLE FOR THE RESULT ACHIEVED, OR EVEN WORSE ALLUDING TO ADVANTAGES, DOPING, IMPROPERNESS IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF EVENTS AND COMPETITIONS, ALLUSIONS ABOUT THE COMPETENCE AND HONESTY OF THE AINBB STAFF.
SUCH STATEMENTS CAN BECOME HARMFUL AND DISTORT THE TRUTH (ruining the reputation and work of others) IF THEY ARE NOT ACCOMPANIED BY TANGIBLE EVIDENCE.
THEREFORE THEY ARE PROSECUTABLE AS DEFAMATORY ATTITUDES TOWARDS THE ATHLETE OR AINBB OR ANYONE WHO COLLABORATES WITH AINBB.
SANCTIONING MEASURES
The Athlete is also punishable with suspension from six months to one year or exclusion from the
lifetime competitions, for any improper behavior or excesses that occurred during or after the event.
Suspension may also occur due to writings, images, (Social Media, Facebook) behaviors that may in any way harm or conflict with the AINBB philosophy or the management.
The extent and application of such disqualification will be decided by the Board of Directors and the Disciplinary Committee.
Any dispute must be submitted by the individual or by the associated Gym to the unquestionable judgment of the disciplinary commission.
The Board of Directors or the AINBB manager will decide on the measures to be taken on a case-by-case basis (the athlete, team, gym, or enthusiast may appeal this decision within one week of receiving the notification, which will be sent by registered mail or certified email). If the appeal is rejected due to insufficient evidence, the Board of Directors or the President's decision will be final.
A one-time sanction will be imposed on people who contradict AINBB's values.
In serious cases or in the case of continuous use of practices that violate fair play and the values peacefully accepted by those who are part of AINBB, legal action will be taken.
FAIR PLAY
For the good of all, from those who work hard in the organization to those who participate by giving
all of himself.
Too often, excessive personalism forgets concepts that are part of ethics and mutual respect. Let us all remember that when we intervene without respecting Fair Play, we are the first to ruin our image and show disrespect to our opponents.
The greatest satisfaction is overcoming our limits, whether physical or character-related.
